This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, replacements, or reprints may be issued.

All products sold on this website are made to order (print-on-demand).

1. Made-to-Order Products

Because all products are produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing an order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

To report an issue, please contact us within [14] days of receiving the product and provide:

  • your order number,

  • a clear description of the issue,

  • clear photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging (if applicable).

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. Lost Orders

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us within [14] days of the estimated delivery date.

After verification with the carrier and our production partner, a replacement or refund may be issued where appropriate.

4. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for the loss of the package.

In such cases, re-shipping may be possible at the customer’s expense.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, or card issuer).

6. EU Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

As all products are produced on demand, orders are not eligible for withdrawal once production has begun.
