These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern the sale of products through this website (the “Site”).
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

The Site offers physical products that are printed and manufactured on demand.

Product images, mockups, and previews are provided for illustrative purposes only.
Colors, textures, and final appearance may vary slightly due to the nature of the printing process and display differences between screens.

3. Ordering Process

An order is considered confirmed once:

  • payment has been successfully processed, and

  • an order confirmation email has been sent.

Because products are made to order, production begins shortly after confirmation.

4. Prices and Taxes

All prices are displayed on the Site and are exclusive or inclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout.

Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed before finalizing the order.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal.

We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • credit and debit cards,

  • PayPal,

  • other methods made available at checkout.

6. Production and Delivery

All products are produced on demand by trusted third-party manufacturing partners, including Gelato.

Production and shipping timelines are estimates only and are described in our Shipping Policy.

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

As all products are produced on demand, orders cannot be cancelled or withdrawn once production has started.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Returns, refunds, and replacements are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.

Refunds or replacements may be issued in cases of:

  • defective products,

  • printing errors,

  • damage during shipping,

  • lost packages (subject to verification).

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • providing accurate billing and shipping information,

  • reviewing product descriptions and sizing information before ordering,

  • ensuring compliance with applicable local laws when importing products.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

10. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the Site, including images, designs, texts, and graphics, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product does not grant any rights to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the designs beyond the purchased physical product.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim;

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit or data.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, or governmental actions.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before initiating legal proceedings.
Failing that, the competent courts shall be those of the seller’s place of establishment, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

The applicable Terms are those in force at the time the order is placed.
