Production is handled by trusted third-party manufacturing partners, including Gelato, who produce items as close as possible to the delivery location in order to reduce delivery times and environmental impact.

Because products are made to order:

  • production begins only after payment is confirmed,

  • changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.


2. Production Time

Production times vary depending on the product type and destination.

Typical production times are:

  • 2–5 business days for most printed products.

Production times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.


3. Shipping Time

Once production is completed, orders are shipped using local or international carriers depending on the destination.

Estimated shipping times:

  • Domestic (within the same region as production): 2–7 business days

  • International: 5–15 business days

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Destinations

We ship internationally to most countries.

In some cases, shipping to certain destinations may not be available due to carrier restrictions, local regulations, or logistical limitations.
